The goal of this project is to enable the digital transformation of the Company through the acquisition of digital tools and equipment, and by strengthening the digital skills of employees. This will ultimately result in improved market positioning and increased productivity of the Company. The project addresses the issue of reduced competitiveness and the Company’s low level of digitalization and resilience.

Through the project, 9 business processes of the Company will be digitalized and optimized, which will result in a 21.00% increase in business revenue by year m+2, and the digital skills of 100% of employees (9 individuals) will be improved.

The target groups of this project are the owners, management, and employees of the Company.
