Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay will open its doors on 24 July 2026 and welcome its first guests, marking the beginning of a new and important phase of the project.

The hotel’s opening represents a significant milestone following an intensive period of planning, coordination, and execution. A project of this scale and complexity is the result of months of dedicated work, daily coordination among numerous stakeholders, and the joint resolution of challenges throughout all phases completed to date.
