Breaking Ground: Construction of New Hotel Development to Begin

The cornerstone laying ceremony in Ičići took place under a scorching 30 degrees, marking the commencement of the construction of a new hotel complex. This significant event featured investors from Riva’s Hotels & Resorts, the mayor of Opatija, Fernando Kirigin, and our CEO, Denis Šikljan. As developers of this remarkable property, we are proud to finally begin construction on a future hotel that will undoubtedly become a recognizable landmark in Ičići.
