DDG is Leading Project and Construction Management for Novi Resort under the New Ownership

We are excited to announce our latest project: the reconstruction and revitalization of the iconic "Novi Resort" complex in Novi Vinodolski, operated by Wyndham Grand. Under the new ownership this visionary resort, once a premier destination on our coast, is set to receive a comprehensive transformation and reach its old glory and new heights.

The reconstruction of the "Novi Resort" is a challenging task due to its impressive size and complexity. The complex is a mixed use property that includes a 160-room hotel, an outstanding 10,000 square meter Wellness center, and 336 apartments housed in 35 two-story villas cascading towards the sea. What makes this tourist complex unique is the large open space with a series of pools, playgrounds, landscaped areas, a sports center featuring tennis courts, and numerous other facilities spread over an impressive 150,000 square meters.

We believe in the mixed-use business concept it represents, and we are dedicated to breathing new life into a resort we love.
